Sundaze

Of all the days in the week, I would have to say that Sunday is my absolute favorite days. Here are some reasons why: (in no particular order)

1. Sleeping in - I wake up at 7:15 (or I try to, at least) from Monday to Friday and at 8 am on Saturdays. On Sunday, I sleep till my eyes are swollen, which is usually till 11 am.

2. Brunch - Since we wake up quite late, Carlo and I always end up having brunch. And its usually something delightfully unhealthy. Like this for example:

3.Quality time with the animals- I get to spend extra time with Nacho and Kitty (when she wants to. Nacho gets so tired sometimes though.

4. Massage day- I've made it a tradition to get a massage on Sunday. It's the best tradition I've ever come up with!

5.Family day- Its also my day to hang out with my family and catch up on some girl talk with my mom and sister. Since my mom wasn't at home today, I ended up baking Mango Napoleon (my first attempt ever!) which turned out quite yummy but very messy. Filo pastry is definitely not my friend!
