Phat

As I got ready to go to work today, I pulled my pants on and actually grunted while doing so. I then realized that my pants have become too tight and that my butt has almost gone back to its powerlifting size. So here's what the plan is:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: BJJ
Monday and Thursday: Run
Wednesday: Wrestling
Friday: Yoga
I'm also cutting down on carbs and exercising portion control. Call me vain, but my cheeks are getting puffier by the buffalo wing and I just can't have that. Granted, I've been slacking off quite a bit and our warmups during training haven't been exactly all that physical so, yeah. Time to get back to business!
