The Path to the Black Belt

According to my extensive research (hi, google), all the champions train at least three times a day, everyday. So how does one get to black belt with training three times a week (that's all my gym offers) with a regular 8-5 job?
Here's my path/long winding road to the black belt:
1. Train 4x a week (one cross training session)
2. Weights 2x a week
And eventually... 3. Jogging/Swimming/Some kind of cardio/Yoga every morning

I'll get there someday, some way, somehow.
